The basic idea is that simple robots with simple programming can behave in complex ways, provided that there are 1.) a lot of them, and 2.) they can communicate locally in some (...) After plugging and unplugging the USB cable a million times, broke down this weekend and got a Bluetooth adapter. i could not find one on the list that had been confirmed to work. I ended up getting a Kensington Model 33348. It was not difficult to (...) (19 years ago, 6-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Got bored with my old site design and decided to redo it... Some things of interest: :: added new pics and info of mods I did to DomoinoBotNXT - it now uses 4 motors using the Mindsensors MotorMux MultiPlexer and NXT. I also programmed it in RobotC (...) (19 years ago, 4-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) It's just software - otherwise they are essentially identical. Actually, the 1.0 hardware is the best because it has the external power socket - which was absent from the 1.5 and 2.0 RCX. The 2.0 set has a USB infrared tower - the older (...) (19 years ago, 3-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics)
