I don't see any reason why it would not work. It is just that you have to
have the visual basic environment running at the same time, sometimes a
little clumsy, but still functional. I use the control creation edition for
various things like uploading datalog from my RCX, downloading firmware,
direct control, etc. I have also used it to make some ActiveX controls used
on my intranet web server.
I download the neural1.zip file from the previously mentioned website, but
it only contained the learned net, not the software that did the learning.
Did I miss something?
