What all have you tried. One of the best compressors using a Mindstorms
mini-motor is the Ralph Hempel design, as shown by Dr. C. S. Soh's page:

If you want to go all out, a very simple, and powerful compressor is:

The issue here is the RC racer motor cannot be powered by the RCX. You'll
have to use a battery box.
