I have had very little luck trying to get hold of the English CD.
Sadly - while there are many online who know the innards of the RCX,
it seems there are fewer people who have actually owned a Cybermaster,
and none who were willing to dissassemble theirs.
You may have actually been breaking ground by dissassembling it - as I
have heard of no-one else trying. You might want to take photographs
of the innards and log/document what you did to get inside the
Cybermaster - even if someone has not seen the device itself, the
photos may reveal a system they have come across elsewhere - possibly
in the RCX, or the Lego RC chassis. This could allow someone to help.
Anyway good luck on this.
