Probably not - there are always occasional sets coming out with pneumatic
parts in them. But it can be hard to get a bunch of parts without buying
a lot of stuff from kits that you don't need.
Have you checked out the PitscoDacta online store?

A search at the S@H site turned up no hits in the parts or kits, and even Dacta seems to have only one kit: (URL) ...which might be OK, but it's pretty limited, and contains a (...) (20 years ago, 20-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts, lugnet.robotics)
