I'm pretty sure I can if I leave the tower near the window, although I live in an apartment and that's a tricky test.
Anyway, I can control mine across the house (15/20 meters distance).
Also, one thing I noticed is that the error correction of NQCC is far better than the Spirit.OCX. Great work Dave!! :-)

| (...) better than the Spirit.OCX. Great work Dave!! :-) No forward error correction. Just a backoff timer and retries (not unlike TCP). Seems to work in the real world very nicely (again, not unlike TCP). Dave (26 years ago, 5-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)
