Have you noticed how names and concepts developed in 'Star Trek' have been
transferred to NASA's space program? Do you doubt there is top-secret work to
develop a food-replicator? (This is really going off-topic...?! My apologies.)

| LEGO came out with a a Mindstorms set called "Exploration Mars" the same year that Mindstorms itself came out. Lego Mindstorms' ActiveX control is called SPIRIT.OCX. NASA's latest Mars rover is named Spirit. Does anyone else find this to be a freaky (...) (21 years ago, 15-Jan-04, to lugnet.robotics)
