My Cybermaster allows changing and reading AGC, automatic gain control.

| (...) Yes, the AGC number should relate to the strength of the received signal. There's probably a variable gain amplification section that is controlled by average signal strength. This has the effect of "normalizing" the received signal making it (...) (26 years ago, 1-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)
