| Hi all I had a very unpleasant experience lately. I got a RCX ver 2.0 and a control center. I decided that I was going to mod the control center to use a wall adapter instead of batteries. I opened up the unit, and soldered 2 wires to the battery (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

| Hi, I'm not an electronic guru yet either, but I would think the first thing to do would be to try using the batteries again while the AC adaptor is unplugged. This way you can tell if you have fried the RCX, or run into a technical problem dealing (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)
