| Hi! Unfortunately I haven't yet been successful in installing the right kind of driver to use my Logitec Quickcam Express (little ball, the old type) or my Lego cam under Red Hat Linux 7.1 (up2date ;) ). I have tried both the Quickcam-tt-09-09-2002 (...) (22 years ago, 26-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics)

| (...) For me the quickcam-tt-2002-09-09 and qce-ga-0.40c drivers work with the Lego camera and xawtv under Linux 2.4.19. Without dirty tricks, I just followed the README. (...) You should tell us a bit more what you have tried to do (see (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 27-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics)

I believe I also have Linux kernel version 2.4.19 (# kernelversion => 2.4), and I tried to use both xawtv and quickcam-tt's testquickcam app. Both responded with that they were unable to open 'video0' (or (...) (22 years ago, 27-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics)
