hi list!

i once got a completely jammed motor from a brickbay seller.
i took it apart and found a similiar situation. i was confused very
much by the (ferrite?) magnet which isn't a solid block of metal,
but some kind of debris which only holds toghether by its own
magnetic force (or so...)
there's always some dust getting loose from it.

just my 20 cents...

In my case ferrite dust from the motor's magnet was jamming
the armature and preventing it from turning. I see no easy way
of removing this dust.
