I don't have it, never tried it (I have a CyberMaster) but I'm pretty sure it *doesn't* since it makes use of NQCC that only runs in Windows 95 (if we are talking about DOS).
It should run in:
Windows 95
Windows 98
Windows NT 4
Windows NT 5 Beta 2 (?)
