If you need motors, check out toys. They are clearing out their stock (I've heard April they're outa-here) and everything is on sale. The 8735 Technic motor kit was 24.?? last time I looked. Getting the high level organization right reduces the amount of source text you need to produce to get the job done far more than the odd keystrokes you save by missing out layout characters.
