Hi all,
I just got a great deal on a RIS 1.5 but it came without the CD. Is there
anything on it that I absolutely need to have in order to use the RIS?
I can get the firmware from the mindstorm site right?
Do I need any extra stuff in order to download program to the RCX?
NQC seems that it is the way to go if I want to really use the system so I
don't really care about the programming interface that comes with it.
Anyone knows of a way to get a CD short of buying the upgrade? I already
have sent a note to tech support, I'll see what they can do.

| Hi Francois, Like you said, if get the firmware from the Lego Mindstorms site and you use NQC, you should not need anything from the CD. Good luck, Gus (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.robotics)
