Hi Greg,
I'm not sure if the RCX IR Tower is the same than the Scout Tower, but I
guess it's so.
You can't use the printer port (LPT) for the tower. You have to use a serial
port (COM1, COM2, ..).
If you're not sure if you've got the right cable have a look at Kekoa
Proudfoots web site. There you'll find how to build (test) your cable.
