If you are willing to give up a half of a large turntable, you could glue
the large geared half to the rubber on the camera and drive the gear with a
motor on top of the camera. A 26t gear will mesh with a gear head motor on
top, but it is a bit fast. Needs a gear train to slow it. BTW you would have
to cut the tabs off the turntable half or it will blind the camera a bit.
