For people in the US:
Pitsco-Lego-Dacta has small chain links at $6.50 for 108 pieces (part #D779937)
while Lego S@H has them at $4.00 for 35 (#5278). That's 6.0 cents per piece
versus 11.4 cents per piece.
I don't know what their inventory is, but they had them when I ordered recently.
The last time I asked S@H (US), they didn't have any 5116's.
