  Available J sockets on Hboard?
 
Are there any unused sockets on the Handyboard? For example, the bottom 2 sockets in J6 look to be unused, and I could use a couple of sockets to bring out some signals. Now that the thing is assembled, it's difficult to follow traces on the top (...) (29 years ago, 15-May-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
 
  SPI Bus problem solved!!!!!!
 
Hi-dee ho, I'm happy to report that I've successfully gotten a Handyboard to communicate to a Miniboard via the Synchronous Serial bus (SPI). The secret was (as I alluded to in my last post on the subject) setting the DDRD (Data direction for port (...) (29 years ago, 16-May-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  encoders w/sonar?
 
After I slap a Polaroid sonar module onto my robot, I'd like to add some shaft encoders. However, it appears that the shaft encoder routines and the sonar routines both use some of the same ports on the digital headers. Is it possible to use other (...)
