Not to be a nudge or anything, but I doubt they use fans....there isn't much air up there to push around ;>) The astronaut back packs use compressed nitrogen, I believe. (...) Well, this might not be very feasible, but how about a joint in the middle that bends left or right? Hence, the body is normally straight, and then bends to the left or right when turning?
