The worst part is I got no answer from the tech support when I called or from
the email I wrote. The only fix the guy on the phone gave me was to do what I
had already done and that was not the fix I wanted.

This is the only good reply I got back from their tech support today. I never
bothered trying to turn that little yellow band around. :/ duh.

AMEN. I have been going on about that for some time. The email I received
today went on about how my video would come out so much better if I used the
correct lighting...yadda yadda yadda. They never answered me about why we
could not save as MOV or AVI if we wished to do so.

I wonder if Mr. Spielberg knows what he has gotten into with attaching his name
on this product? I am glad he is donating all the profits he makes to his
charities but it can still make him look bad indorsing something that looks
like one big lie.
