  My ReVUE: 6710

Background: I was at Toy Works and saw a small batch of these hidden behind some other LEGO sets around March 1999. I had to get them at only $1.99 each. Then, it was deja-vu. I was at MacFrugal's just about a month ago and found a small stack (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews)

  4x2ReVu: 6520 Mobile Outpost

Crossposted to Town, I hope this is okay. ---...--- "It's the blizzard…you'll never outrun it." and then only static emitted from the radio. Kyle can see nothing outside the transport windows and knows he'll never make it back to the base in time (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.town)

Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing at Rebel Control Center

(...) Well, it is trans-yellow, I thought there was trans-yellow before, but I can't find it. Scott S. ___...___ Scott E.   Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing at Rebel Control Center

(...) and (...) Actually, we never have, if the visor is trans-yellow and NOT trans-antifreeze. I'm really jazzed about this! Dave (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Android vs. Droid vs. Automaton (Re: 4x2ReVu: 7141 Naboo Fighter)

(...) You'd be surprised. My best friend looked an awful lot like R2-D2 for a while. (...) They do refer to them as "Astromech Droids." (...) Is it possible that simply exhibiting human behaviour is enough to merit the use of the Greek "Andro-", (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing (slightly off topic)

(...) Yuck. I don't consider the X-wing series because it's a game, and most games change things to make them easier to program or more exciting. For instance: 1) You couldn't rotate the B-Wing's fuselage in the game. 2) A-Wings do not have (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing (slightly off topic)

(...) In the X-Wing series, it had 3 ion cannons and 3 blasters (which where always changing places on the wings and cockpit, IMHO XWA had the best configuration). If you look at the official LEGO B-Wing, on each wing there is the large standard (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Android vs. Droid vs. Automaton (Re: 4x2ReVu: 7141 Naboo Fighter)

(...) R2 and other's like him where also refred to as "Astro-droids" in EP1, I believe. (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing (slightly off topic)

(...) I'll see what I do! I'll try to make a second cockpit for my B-Wing (see the dat file here: (URL)) to hold two 'figs! Jeff (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars)

Re: 4x2ReVu: B-wing (slightly off topic)

In lugnet.reviews, Joseph Gonzalez writes: <snip> (...) <snip> According to the Star Wars Roleplaying Game, ( I haven't read a thorough B-wing history anywhere else) The B-wing starfighter was designed as a heavy weapons ship whose primary function (...)
