Those features sound similar to what I have (a several year old
Olympus) and I'm perfectly happy with it.
Even 1.3 megapixels (1280x1024) is more than you need for
photographing LEGO models. 640x480 is about the right resolution for
publishing on the web. If you want to print out pictures, or do a lot
of cropping, then you'll want more megapixels. But you can do a lot
with this camera.
How much memory? Does it use a memory card, or just an interface
cable? Without a memory card it's less useful for traveling, since
you're limited to however much its internal memory can hold unless you
bring a laptop along with you, and transfering the files is slower
with a cable.
