I have POV-Ray and L3P but I'm still a bit confused about it. I have used L3P
with a bit of success but I couldn't really figure out the coordinate system
(I really didn't try that much though) and I'm not real fond of DOS commands.
I was going to try L3PAO but after I installed it and restarted, explorer was
corrupted (don't ask how, just know that I'm not going to try it again).
Lightwave sounds interesting though. I was actually doing some research
earlier and came upon Lightwave's site, but I didn't have enough time to
explore it thoroughly. I may try that soon though. And the final reason I
didn't raytrace these models, lack of time. I had an hour or two to spare so
I started up LDLite and started taking some pics. I thought they came out
well enough. You can tell what all the parts are. And then in the remaining
fifteen minutes or so of that hour, I posted all the pics. Hopefully next
time I have a free couple of hours I'll raytrace them. Thanks for the
comments though!
