One registers in some news readers, and one doesn't. You can click and go
on the first one, but not on the second. Use of the first one is preferred
by me. If you want to make sure of a URL and trailing punctuation... just
put it on its own line.

It is supposed give the UAs a better chance of distinguishing between URLs and other data structures in plain text. It is also (...)
