Those ten little sets are still available in several of the countries that
participated in last year's promotion. As are the larger sets (2556, etc)
from last year in a couple countries.

Little Chef's promotion has ended - maybe they will do another.
Some of the sets which were part of the Little Chef promotion (1180-1187,
1257-1260,5900,5901) were/are available in other countries. All 14 of these
sets are no longer easy to find in Germany and Denmark, while they have just
begun to appear in Australia.
These aren't available in the US but at least one, 1099 (same as 1184)
has appeared in the US. There are others like this (identical sets with
different numbers) that have been available in the US recently (last three
months) and may still/will be available somewhere.

The new McDonald's polybag promos (available only from McDonalds
Restaurants in the US) feature some pieces in the newest Lego colors, but
will not be available until the end of October. The 3438 promo set is
available from S@H currently. Other promos still available from S@H in the
US are 2148, 2532 and 3442.

Like the 1029 Tine Milk Lorry from Norway, these Japanese promotions are
very short lived, and it seems that they sell out very quickly. The current
Extreme Team sets seem to be the only sets available in stores.

I believe 1831 Maersk Truck and the Color Line vehicles are still
available in the countries where they originated. Also, British Airways
currently has a promotion aboard their planes and M&M/MARS has a promotion
(three sets) in London (at Heathrow). SAS airlines and Lufthansa nearly
always have a polybag for sale.
In some parts of Europe and Australia you can find sets 2848, 2872 and
others with similar numbers if you are lucky, although I suppose those
promotions have officially ended.
I have every promo set listed in this post, with extras. Email if you
are interested in trading or need pictures of any. More importantly, please
email me or post here if you find a new promo set!
