I have found an obscure promo set from 1976. It is set number 1601. I
have posted a pic on my website:
http://www114.pair.com/ig88/gifs/1601/
As I have not seen the set in any catalog or on anyone else's database of
set numbers, I thought people in this group may be interested in seeing the
pic. If you run an on-line database, feel free to use the picture on your
site. By the numbering of the set and lack of it in any catalogs, I assume
it was a promo. If anyone knows otherwise or more details, please let me
know. If anyone has an old catalog (German or otherwise) picturing this
set, please let me know.
