  Re: Carronade Brig

In lugnet.pirates, Aaron Walsh wrote: "Are the carronades the foam-tipped large shooting "cannons", or something different?" The carronades are made from 1682 Space Shuttle Launch (1990). They are simply black barrels. I mounted them with a bending (...) (20 years ago, 13-Aug-04, to lugnet.pirates)

  ESPG at ROPECON

I was reading (URL) Dork Tower> creator John Kvalic's (URL) live journal> and noted that people were playing ESPG (or something that looks similar to it) at this (URL) ROPECON> he attended.   Three Boats, Two Junks, and One Ninja

Hello one and all: In a slightly different vein, I thought that I would present my two modifications of a popular Adventurers kit. The first is my Junk. You can see her here: (URL) This peaceful merchant Junk, manned by her crew of four, carries (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Carronade Brig

Hello all! Today I bring you the carronade brig. This small vessel can inflict massive damage at close range with a broadside of two carronades. Normally I mount this ship with 4 cannons, but I was inspired to see how my carronades would look. The (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.pirates)

While I agree that your use of the smiley/grumpy bricks is great (salvages an otherwise pretty unusable printed brick), it does point out a problem: I have a hard time seeing them as anything other than grumpy bricks.   Re: Governor's Mansion

(...) I thought I forgot to add the explanation in my post! I could have built an interior, but I find that they don't always last long ("oooh, that's the perfect piece for my new ship" - rip!) (...) Thank-you! (...) That's a good idea - flowers are (...) (20 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Re: Governor's Mansion

(...) Bah! The interior needs work. ;-) We haven't had a pirate era building for a while, and this is certainly a nice one. The yellow/white with black and red colour scheme which lego established is certainly spot on. I really like that you've (...) (20 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Governor's Mansion

His Excellency The Marques de Afilado, Captain-General of His Most Catholic Majesty's domain of El Cubo (The Brick!), is visiting his new home, accompanied by his loyal guards. You (...)
