(...) My two 5938's came directly from Legoland ($3 each there) and they have the classic segmented palm tree. Somehow, I have yet to get the one piece trunk. I was looking at a small Adventurers Egyptian set#5938 marked down to $5 at local Wal-Marts and I was wondering if the older segmented palm trees are officially discontinued and if therefore all of the new sets come with the new "OnePiecePalmTree." (...) Sure it could. Heck, they already used wall elements, one-piece rowboats, big hull pieces... Pirates Jr. would probably have one-piece hulls for all the ships, would lose the detailed decorations that made the large ships so nice, probably (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jan-00, to lugnet.pirates)

I know these are among the least liked of the Pirates line-up, but if anyone is looking for a MISB set, I know where there are a few of each available.
