Ok, I'm new to posting on Lugnet... I was with Steve Jackson when he did his
pirate game at Archon. I want to play some more. I have been a Lego Maniac
for years and have a fleet of 16 large ships, and 1 cutter. I am in the
process of ordering parts from Brickbay to build several cutters.
I canot make it to either the east or west coast to attend Brickfest, or to DC
to attend Piratefest. So... I would like the persons running these events to
email me and help me to put on Pirate/Brickfest here in St. Louis. I feel that
a mid-west event would not hurt any of these events, but would give the
mid-westerners a chance to attend such a wonderful experience.
If anyone on this list is envolved or knows someone who is, please ask them to
contact me either through this list or privately.
I hope that posting this type of request is ok, if not, please let me know and
I will refrain from such a posting in the future.

| Sorry for not responding to your earlier e-mail... (...) A mid-west LUG event would be cool, but I'm not sure if there's enough folks down your way to provide the core to get it going (the Northern Midwest would be much more likely). Atlanta is a (...) (23 years ago, 25-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)
