I just inventoried a MISB 6289 and a MISB 6290. The only difference (aside from different cloth used for the sails) was that the 6290 used a black 1 x 10 plate and a black 1 x 2 hinge plate with 2 fingers in place of the black 1 x 10 technic plate (...) (23 years ago, 3-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)

(...) Related question: Are shooting cannon one piece, two, or three? And if they're more than one, has the piece count simply been ported over to US sets (even though they're not printed on the Euro boxes)? Alternately, perhaps the way that (...) (23 years ago, 4-Nov-01, to lugnet.pirates)
