Gerd,
Having bought the Vision Command only, I can say it does include all the
software you need to do a movie like studios, in that it allows for stop
animation as well as 'rolling' video. I do believe the camera's are the same
and the variation may be the interface. Vision Command includes software that
allows you to control the RCX based on video input (colour, light or motion)
that can be divided into zones.
If you have an RCX, the Vision Command is the way to go. If not I would say
which ever you can get at a better price. (Don't forget there are different
pieces included with each which may affect the price)
