Isn't it odd how arguments seem to start, and for all things,
this one to start in the .newbie section?
Yes, I do agree that these antagonistic approaches cannot be
excused, but I think some thought should go into a post before
they submit. After all, how much thought does it take to remove
yourself from a newsgroup?
Anyway, I hope this argument comes to a peaceful close because
there's nothing more annoying than encountering arguments
on fickle, untolerant and insulting rants towards newbies.
At least Hop-frog is getting this right. I think newbies should
feel welcome at lugnet, just like any other commmunity group, etc.
