First LEGO Set: 357-This started my love of building. 462 and 493 started my
love of space.
Favorite Theme(s): M-Tron, Rock Raiders, and UFO, though I've dabbled in most
of the others. Technic is cool as well. Unofficial theme-Mech building. I love
the versatility of mechs.
Favorite Set(s): 6989, 6973, 6954, 6975, 6949. Faves I don't own...yet: 6990,
6982.
Favorite Piece(s)/Minifigure(s): A large, trans flor. yellow quarterdome (see
6989). BURPS. The other trans flor orange UFO guy (not smiley). My 'M'-force
(pics will be up one day).
Set/theme you would like to see: The return of the 'M-tron' theme. We had it
for just over a year. Compare that to the (far too many) years of pirates sets.
I'd love to see more promo sets.
Current LEGO Project(s): 3 bases-codenamed: Ariel, Betty, and Yosemite Sam. 2
mechs-codenames: Taz, Belle. Assorted smaller models that I won't mention until
they are finished. Inventorying various sets.
Greatest Claim to LEGO Fame: Getting covered by my collection (15,000 pieces+ a
small quake while cleaning= an ABS shower), missing buying an OOP 6988 by 2
minutes.
Other (Non-LEGO) Interests: My wife, build websites, astromomy, promote
Macintosh awareness, play with my sweetness-cam, sell stuff on ebay.
LUGNET member #: N/A....yet. Soon, though.
