Re: Badges, buttons, and the like...

(...) Oh yeah, duh. I've looked at that many times, and it didn't dawn on me when I was posting this. :-) (...) How many pins did you end up with? -Tim (21 years ago, 3-Jun-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.people)

Re: Badges, buttons, and the like...

(...) You could do what Kristin does with Odyssey of the Mind pins -- she's created a large wall hanging to mount them all on. :) Oops! After World Finals, we need another wall hanging! Steve (21 years ago, 3-Jun-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.people)

Re: Badges, buttons, and the like...

(...) Right now I keep my brick badges in a Wolfpack pouch. I bring these to many events. I have started using the name bricks to "sign" my creations in displays (as a result of this, I had an opportunity to meet a member of the Oregon Filz family (...)   Re: Badges, buttons, and the like...

(...) Well, I doubt it will help you, since you probably have many more than me but I keep them in a large pick and mix tub. It's a good answer since I can't bring myself to bin the tubs (I should recycle them actually - next time I buy bulk I'll (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.people, FTX)

  Badges, buttons, and the like...

If you're a die-hard "LEGOfester" like me, you've got oodles of badges, buttons, and things like that from different events. What do you do with them all? How do you store them? I've got most of my badges in a plastic bag, but that bag can't fit any (...) (21 years ago, 31-May-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.people, FTX)

Re: Poll: How long Did it Take you To Sign Up in LUGNET?

Okay, C'mon Todd! I'm waiting for an explanation on that 24---48 hours thing. I apologize if I am making this like an interrogation (if you know what I mean) Thank you. Cheers (*clink*) Dean (21 years ago, 30-May-03, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, lugnet.people)

(...) Well I gotta tell ya, I did NOT have a spam filter and I checked my inbox EVERY SINGLE DAY (well almost every single day). Todd, what is it about you say when I sent the registration form that feedback will come in about 24-48 hours? What (...) (22 years ago, 29-May-03, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, lugnet.people)

Re: Poll: How long Did it Take you To Sign Up in LUGNET?

(...) Well, I was going to try to get in the first 20, then the first 50, then the first 100, but I kept putting it off, so I finally became a member on my 18th birthday, #262. Good thing I didn't wait much longer...'cause us early additions got the (...) (22 years ago, 28-May-03, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, lugnet.people)

Re: Announcing FTX for discussion groups

For me, who reads LUGNet in e-mail form, the FTX enhancements can get quite confusing. I can live with the markup for italics, bold, underline, but when the computer commands for links and things are included, I begin to lose interest in someone's (...)
