Ooh, double bummer. At least with my severance package I still feel comfortable
attending BricksWest. Here's hoping that new job comes through fast and you can
make a last minute decision to attend.

| (...) comfortable (...) you can (...) My company doesn't know the meaning of "Severance package." Unfortunately, I won't be attending even if I get a new job. It would look bad, I think, to get the job and then take days off immediately after (...) (22 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.people)

| Well, as I feared, I will probably be laid off by the 5th of February. So it looks like I won't be attending Brickswest this year. :^( However, I do have a line on a new job, at which I interviewed last Thursday, and I will be going back for a 2nd (...) (22 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.people)
