I'm sorry if this comes as a surprise to you, but it was discussed last year
during the event. It will cover most of the costs that the group incurred last
year. The send payment info will pop up after you register.

I can see how that needs to be fixed.
We just don't have anything planned after six. We don't have to be out of the
building until 10:00 p.m. I'll put free time. Or something like that.

I have reserved other rooms for meetings and events like what you are purposing
once I get more info I'll revise the agenda.
