A few weeks ago, Target (my local Target, in Houston) had the 4561 on sale
for $99. But that's the only train theme set I've seen anywhere in retail.
Wal-Mart will occasionally have a clearance sale, but you have to search the
store to find the clearance isle. It's usually placed off in one corner of
the store, like by the garden section.

but be sure to double check their maps as I've found some of them incorrect.
Tuesday Morning is best described as "hit or miss". Their selection varies
greatly and the availability isn't constant. If you have the time, energy,
and determination to get a good deal, perhaps it's best to visit them quite
often.
