| (...) Well, it depends on where in Richmond, and what time of day, but I usually make it in 2.5-3 hours. Of course if one tries to go _through_ Richmond at rush hour on I-95, you can add a good 15-30 minutes. (24 years ago, 16-Jan-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)
