Eric,

I can help out with the setup on Friday and be there on Saturday. I think
I'd also be able to help with the breakdown on Sunday. Since I have a
blazer, I can also help transport stuff if its necessary.

For contributions, I'd be happy to bring a bunch of standard issue street
signs. I'm also working on an "octopus" ride which would go with Jorge's
ferris wheel. However, I'm not sure if it will be ready (not to mention if
there's enough space).

Sunday 4/1    4pm - 9pm     = Breakdown

Directions:

Info in () is mine the rest is Greenberg's.

The Shriners Auditorium is located 12 miles north of Boston.  Take I-93
to Exit 39 (This is North of I-95 and South of I-495), turn right onto
Concord Street, go 1/4 mile then turn left on Fordham Road.  (Its a
little ways down Fordham Road just keep going you can't miss it).  For
additional directions call 781-665-6466, 800-700-0013 or visit
(Greenberg's) website at www.greenbergshows.com .

I believe that Tom Duggan and myself will be there between 2 - 3pm on
the 30th to start setting up tables.  All the help possible would be
nice but I realize some of you have to work (why I don't know) so feel
free to show up when you can.  I will also be there first thing Saturday
to finish setup.  We need help during all show hours to man the layout.
Breakdown will commence promptly at 4pm on Sunday, if memory serves this
should take no more than 2 hours probably less.

I have 10 Exhibitor passes.  These get you into the show anytime.  These
will be handed out on 3/30 first come first served (with consideration
to those that commit to the most time over the weekend).  Our experiance
is that these are not checked durring setup but they are nice to have if
you have to leave the show and come back.

I also have 15 Complimentary Admission passes.  These get you into the
show for free but don't allow as much access as the Exhibitor passes.
If you cannot be there for setup on either Friday or Saturday but plan
on being at the show let me know and we can work out how to get these to
you.  Again these are first come first served with consideration to
those that commit to the most time over the weekend, including setup and
breakdown.

My hope is to have all of the major stuff setup on Friday like the
tables, Track, Major pieces of Scenery etc.  Setup on Saturday should be
for detailing only (figs, vehicles, last minute pieces of scenery).

The tables are the biggest PITA in that with so few people they will
probably take a few hours to get set up so for those that can't help
with the tables I think you should give Tom a big kiss! I will settle
for a thank you and a handshake :-).

Those that were there last time know how much fun this was (whether or
not Tom's train "needed help" or not is still debated to this day).  My
major contribution this time will be scenery.  I will be leaving most of
my trian at home with the obvious exception of the NELUG boxcar.  I have
the lumber for the 2 new tables and will be putting them together this
weekend.  I did not get any plexi-glass as discussed because I just
don't have the time for this show.  We can probably do it for the next
show.

If there are any questions please ask them sooner rather than later.

Thanks,

Eric Kingsley
