Mike,
Don't mean to butt into y'alls group here. But don't worry to much about the
"Hold for Show" thing. I get that every year now from GATS. It seems they
never know the show layout till the last minute. I'm sure it's due to the
fact that they are trying to sell as much table space as possible since
thats were the money comes from.
So if I were you guys I'd just keep going along as if you were in the show,
get the tables built, plan the layout. And if you don't make it in the show
you're at least prepared for the next show in the area.
Just some of my thoughs.
