You also mentioned a secure display area. Is there a place we could set up
a display and leave it up/staff it for the duration of the convention? What
kind of space (sizewise) would we be talking about?

| (...) Most SF (1) conventions have art shows, and often have other displays up in the same room. You can count on pretty good security for them, among the art displayed will be originals for book covers (with prices in the thousands of dollars). (...)
