Re: Is the Yahoo group dead?

Amy & All, (...) No, no, Larry would never waste time working on something he could buy. He was obviously working on his plans to take over the moon and make a Libertarian colony out of it. Oops, sorry Larry! ; ) Scott Sanburn -- (24 years ago, 18-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)

Al & All, (...) Well, I think everyone is getting ready for our show in Livonia this weekend, and after the last couple of weeks, a little breathing time is a GOOD thing. Ervery now and then we hit a lull. Scott Sanburn -- (24 years ago, 18-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)

  Is the Yahoo group dead?

For those of you who read the Michlug private mailing list... Is it dead? There weren't any posts since Saturday. Seems unlikely. -Alfred (24 years ago, 18-Nov-02, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)

  MichLUG Logo Contest

For some time we have been using a MichLUG logo (1) that has been sort of a placeholder until we can up with something better. Now is that time. We want a new, nice logo that will look great on a shirt. Something that will hold its own against the (...)   My opinion on drivers...

If (and when, hopefully) Lego makes drivers for steamers, I think they need to meet this criteria: Available in both blind and flanged versions. Available in medium and large versions. Large ones would be about 1 1/2 times the height of a minifig. (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.us.michlug)

  Romanesque Church

Some of you may have seen pictures from MichLUG's July 2002 GATS appearance of my church model. My 0-4-0T Porter can easily pull about 3 times the load that my 4-8-4 Greenbrier can. WHY!?!?! Does anyone have a suggestion about why the little one pulls so well?
