| (...) I was thinking that maybe the rules should allow the builder to place the cans however they like as long as they are on the pads. This way if a design requires the axle based handles to be on the sides rather than the front, the builder could (...) (20 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.org.us.lrgoaa, FTX)
