    Hey Steve... —David Koudys
First, thought I'd visit this group to see what's up... Anyway, for the GBC--specifically the train portion--Few questions-- did you just connect an RCX to the track? did you use the 2x8 electrical plate to combine all outputs a la Mark Riley's (...)    (...) welcome (...) Yes. The train motor is just another 9v motor, much like the one with the Mindstorms kit. (...) No. The reason for doing that (using the electrical plate) is if you are running big trains that put a large load on the RCX, or (...) (19 years ago, 28-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.us.laflrc)

(...) We haven't used a large loop. Well, the loop at BF was big, but it was also divided into two segments. Also, the trains are only a couple cars long. It doesn't draw that much current. Steve (19 years ago, 28-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.us.laflrc)
