This sounds awkward to me: "...gather to share ... the enjoyment of creating..."
But I'm not sure I have a better suggestion.
Maybe:
As Adult Fans of Lego in central Indiana, we gather to share ideas, accomplishments, and fun of creating with Lego bricks.
