Any future meeting?

Okay, now maybe I'm just getting a little impatient and frustrated, but
everytime we start conversing about a meeting all talk suddenly stops dead.
WHY IS THIS!? A while ago there was talk of a meeting the weekend before
Thanksgiving. That somehow deflated. Of course Eric Sophie was displaying
his creations far beyond my reach of influence. However that was never
really a meeting to begin with. Then there was some talk of a meeting in
general, and then Chris narrowed it down a bit more. However all talk of
that fell dead after I replied to his initial post. There seems to be a lack
of people talking here. HAVE I MISSED SOMETHING? I'm not really angry at
anyone, but moreso frustrated at us as a group. Of course maybe I'm rushing
things along. However after several attempts that have met dead-ends, I'm
sort of curious if everyone's communicating through a different medium than
the GardenSLUG mailing list or LUGNET. I really want to put something
together, but there would appear to be a severe lack of AFOLs who are connected.
