  November 18th, 2006 SMART meeting
 
Our next meeting will be on November 18th, at DigiPen. The mini-challenge is to build a swinging robot. We'll provide a thin rope that your robot needs to hook onto.   NWBrickCon next weekend
 
This coming weekend (October 6-8th) SMART is putting on a Crate Contraption and Great Ball Contraption show at NWBrickCon. Now that's just beautiful! I love the seamless blend of building techniques and the slickness of the final model, the inhabited areas and supports also look good together (a failing of many MOCs). I'm sure this is the case for almost everyone else: I am completely dedicated to our group and would love to attend any and all gatherings, but there just always seems to be a major stumbling block to my attendance.
