Sorry, guys. I've been swamped the last two days. I will be there
tonight, and will bring lots of monorail track, supports, etc. and
baseplates.

We could put the whole layout on the floor and just use masking tape
to mark the area. It may be easier than lugging tables around. I
think the meeting room is at least 16' long, so it should work.
