it has been brought to my attention that several of our members can not
post to LUG's
the list I have so far is:

I had this problem when i was trying to set up my work acct. but it
solved itself the second time I applied.
I'm sure i should post this to the proper lug, but I only subscribe to
out little local lug, AND tons of people read this lug who are wise
enough to be able to reply and tell those who can not post how to solve
the problems.
i've heard rumors that it could be related to some sort of open relay
issue.... if a relay is stuck open , I'd just go to radio shack and buy
a new relay. how hard can it be to solder in a new relay?
(this is where I expect Calum to chime in berating me on both my
spelling, and how a relay is a server computer system, or some such)
