Well, this has nothing to do with lego.
BUT this is just a taste of what can be done with the SUPER COMPUTER!!!!
the following 2.7 meg video is my first attempt to out do George Lucas.
A little history.
I was asked to build a prototype RC "robot wars" kind of thing. What
the person really wanted was some "futuristic" RC cars that each have a
laser beam that will disable the other car for a few seconds when hit.
A fellow FX friend and I built the cars and then produced a ton of raw
footage. with the advent of the SUPER COMPUTER I took a few of the
more fun clips from my DV camera and mixed it down to this 17 second
clip.
It took about an hour, of which half of it was learning to use the
software. I also have not fully figured out the audio part of video
editing, BUT I sure have a whole new respect for what Iain, has
produced.
Iain, when you do your lego videos, do you dump all the footage onto
your HD then pick and choose the edit. OR do you capture a lot of
different shots, THEN rearrange the shots to the final product???
Chris
Pretend I'm a video guy.
P.S. YEs that is REAL Pyro and Fog in the clip.
